Phong Tran Cao D.D.S.
Dr. Phong Tran Cao graduated from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), School of Dentistry in 2007 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Phong completed his residency program focusing on Aesthetic Dentistry. Since then Dr. Phong has been practicing in various clinics until founding his own practices in Las Vegas, NV in 2014 (5 Star Dental & Luminae Cosmetic).
Dr. Phong lectures and teaches a class in the Aesthetic Dentistry Department at UCLA School of Dentistry. He is also the co-author of several articles published in professional dental magazines and journals. Dr. Phong is affectionately known as “The Smile Maker” by his patients.
Peter K. Moy, D.M.D.
Dr. Peter K. Moy is a clinical professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Division of Diagnostic and Surgical Sciences at the UCLA School of Dentistry who practices the full scope of restorative and surgical dentistry with a focus on dental implants (surgical and restorative), bone grafting, restorative dentistry, third molar removal, corrective jaw surgery, diagnosing and treating facial pain, injuries, and fractures.
As the first person to hold the Nobel Biocare Endowed Chair in Surgical Implant Dentistry he serves as the Director of the UCLA Dental Implant Center and the Straumann Surgical Dental Clinic while also treating patients in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, NV.
Adetaye Adeseye D.M.D.
Dr. Adetaye L. Adeseye received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Stanford University in 2010, and a DMD from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2019. He also holds an Endodontic Certificate from the UCLA School of Dentistry.
Dr. Adeseye is an endodontist in Las Vegas, Nevada specializing in the interior of the tooth, and can help diagnose tooth pain, as well as perform root canals. Dr. Adeseye volunteers his time for Dentists for Humanity, Global Dental Brigades, ACTION Pediatric Clinic, Give Kids A Smile, and OneSight.
Helpis Kyrillos D.D.S.
Dr. Helpis Kyrillos earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012 from Ain Shams University, School of Dental Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Kyrillos spent the next year in residency at Ain Shams University before practicing in Cairo as a general dentist for two years. In 2019 Dr. Kyrillos was accepted to the International Dental program at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Currently Dr. Kyrillos practices general density at 5 Star Dental in Las Vegas, NV. She specializes in restorative and aesthetic dentistry and teaches Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Roseman University of Health Sciences. Dr. Kyrillos is a Member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Student Dental Association (ASDA), as well as a volunteer for Give Kids a Smile.
Laurence J. Levine D.D.S.
Laurence J. Levine, DDS is a specialist of periodontics in Las Vegas, NV who practices the full scope of periodontal and surgical dentistry with a focus on osseous surgery, periodontal surgery, dental implants (surgical and restorative), bone grafting, and restorative dentistry.
With an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, Dr. Levine completed a general practice residency at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery where he received his DDS and Post-Doctoral certificate in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. He also taught part time at the Dental School, taught periodontics at local research centers, was involved in multiple study groups, and has published papers on Oral Medicine and Implant Dentistry. As if this weren’t enough, Dr. Levine also operated his private practice, under his name, located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida from 1963 to 2018. He now practices on Thursdays with Dr. Terrie Tran at All Smiles By Design. Over the years, he has placed over 9000 implants and particularly enjoys working as part of a restorative dental team.
Dr. Levine has played tournament level tennis, done martial arts and was a mountaineer for many years. Today, he still believes exercise and diet are the fountain of youth. He and his wife Lynn are enjoying living in southern Nevada where they have made many friends.
